SAHIL BHAT
NOV 7: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, on Friday, said that the National Conference has promised 200 units of free electricity in its election manifesto and will stand up to its but stop banking on PDP’s fake narrative and high-decibel whitewashing.
While speaking at the public gatherings in Budgam, CM Omar said relation between the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) still remains intact.

CM discussed electricity usage and billing, elucidated on the fact if a meter is unnecessary, it should not be used resulting in the rise in bills with actual usage.

CM Omar severely reprimanded the PDP, claiming its leaders installed meters in government offices but fell flat to deliver the benefits to citizens.

Under the NC Government, the underprivileged and downtrodden are provided important assistance.

He further said that the PDP has misled people and in some cases, arrested individuals, while entering into alliance with the BJP, however, the National Conference administration has always batted for public welfare.

NC vice president and CM Omar specifically appealed to uphold and espouse NC candidate Aga Mehmood in the Budgam by-election, scheduled for November 11.
