APRIL 11: On Friday, the body of the third missing Gujjar youth was recovered from a stream in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir.
It is learnt that the deceased who has been identified as Mukhtar Awan along with his two cousins had gone to attend a relative’s wedding in Mahgund village where the trio didn’t reach.
Pertinent to mention, a month following their disappearance, the bodies of two brothers Riyaz and Showkat were fish out from the stream. The body of third missing youth Mukhtar Awan was retrieved from a stream.
The body was spotted by locals at Vaishnow Nallah who informed Police. The body was later shifted to District Hospital Kulgam for other medical formalities.
