Sat Sharma, Mohan Lal address organizational meeting in Akhnoor
Akhnoor, 06 May 2025: Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP, chaired an organizational meeting of party activists of Akhnoor District at Kashmiri Mohalla, Akhnoor.
MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat, BJP District President Kuldeep Raj Sharma, DDC Bhushan Bral, Daljit Chib, Manmohan, Jagdish Bhagat, and others senior party leaders also accompanied the BJP President in the meeting.
BJP District Office Bearers, Presidents of five Mandals, Morcha Presidents, senior leaders and prominent residents participated in the meeting.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the meeting, emphasized the importance of implementing organizational programmes at the grassroots level. He highlighted that a dedicated BJP activist remains active all 365 days of the year, fully committed to serving the nation and society.
Referring to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, which resulted in the tragic martyrdom of 26 tourists, Sharma described the current times as “disturbing.” He called upon BJP workers to remain vigilant and intensify their dedication in response to such challenges.
Sharma praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, stating that the Modi-led government has responded decisively to terrorism and remains committed to protecting citizens from both internal and external threats. He also urged party activists to actively participate in initiatives such as the Union government’s Mock Drills, aimed at raising awareness without causing panic.
Sharma also underlined the significance of the Caste Census, highlighting its relevance for inclusive governance.
Mohan Lal Bhagat reiterated the commitment of the Narendra Modi government to work for the welfare of the needyh through various dedicated public welfare schemes and the effort of the BJP’s MLAs to pursue the ‘welfare mission’ at the ground level.
Kuldeep Raj Sharma reaffirmed his faith in the dedication of the BJP activists in striving for the safety of the nation and the welfare of the people.
Later, Sat Sharma also presided over a second organizational meeting at Mehra Mandrian in Akhnoor, which saw participation from BJP activists of the respective Mandal.
