APRIL 1: The DDC Chairperson Budgam Nazir Ahmad Khan will face a no-confidence motion on April 7.
It is learnt that it would be the first such test for lead of a third-tier Panchayati Raj System in Jammu & Kashmir.
In view of the consideration of no-confidence motion against Nazir Ahmad Khan, Deputy Commissioner Budgam has to convene a meeting on April 7.
The move comes following the directives of High Court to authorities to address the no-confidence motion against DDC Chairperson.
