Sat Sharma visits families of cloudburst victims in Jammu, extends condolences

JAMMU, AUG 22: Sat Sharma, President, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, today visited the houses of the families who lost their loved ones in the recent cloudburst at Chashoti village in Kishtwar, to convey his heartfelt condolences and solidarity in their time of grief.
Accompanied by MLA Marh, Surinder Bhagat, District President Nand Kishore Sharma, and other senior leaders, Sat Sharma visited Nagbani Floura, Bod Draink, Dai Chak, Bhagatpur, and Gura Singhu villages under Marh Constituency, where several bereaved families reside.
While consoling the families, Sat Sharma expressed deep sorrow and assured them of full support. He said that the loss of precious lives in this devastating natural calamity has left a permanent wound and an unfillable void. He assured them that the BJP family stands firmly with the victims, and will make every effort to ensure that the affected households receive all possible government aid and rehabilitation support. Our prayers are with the departed souls, and our commitment is with the families they have left behind, Sharma stated.
Surinder Bhagat said that no words can ease the grief of losing family members, but it is our responsibility to stand with the bereaved. He assured that they will personally follow up on the relief and compensation process so that the promises made by the government reach every affected household.
Nand Kishore Sharma said that the party cadres are mobilized to extend every possible assistance. Along with government relief, our organizational network will continue to support the families in this difficult time.
