Another 1000 LPM medical oxygen plant made operational in Srinagar

Srinagar, May 1: The Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) engineers has made operational another 1000 Liters Per Minute (LPM) medical oxygen plant in Srinagar in a record time by working in multiple shifts.

Deputy Commissioner (DC), Srinagar Aijaz Asad gave this information.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Asad said, “ Another 1000 lpm Medical Oxygen Plant made operational in Srinagar today at Kashmir Nursing Home. Work in multiple shifts, synergy between the Departments led to installation in a record time. Well done MED engineers”.

Advisor to Lt Governor Baseer Khan has on April 29 rejected reports about shortage of oxygen and other medicines to fight COVID-19. He has claimed that there is no shortage of oxygen and other medicines besides vaccine in the valley.
