MARCH 25: On Tuesday, Delhi Court reserved its order on jailed MP Er Rashid’s plea seeking permission to attend the Parliament.
A bench of Justices who were earlier pro to grant the permission, later said a detailed order is awaited in this regard.
Jailed MP Er Rashid’s plea was categorically opposed by the National Investigation Agency and said the court has no jurisdiction inside Parliament.
A trial court had on March 19 dismissed Engineer Rashid’s regular bail in the case.
Pertinent to mention, MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh is in jail because of his involvement in terror funding case.
