Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has reconstituted the Board of Directors of the J&K Forest Development Corporation, superseding all previous orders.
As per Government Order No. 876-JK(GAD) of 2025, dated July 10, the new board will include the Hon’ble Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment as Chairman, along with administrative secretaries of Finance, Industries & Commerce, Tribal Affairs, and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj departments.
The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, and the Managing Director of the Forest Development Corporation will also serve as members. The order was issued by Commissioner/Secretary M. Raju (IAS) on behalf of the government.
