MAY 5: In a recent step to dismantle the terror network, five Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and two radio sets were recovered as the security forces uncovered a terrorist hideout in a forest in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
It is learnt that Indian Army along with J&K Police unearthed the hideout during a CASO launched at Surankote of Poonch.
During the clampdown, two IEDs were found planted inside steel buckets, three others were packed in tiffin boxes. Besides this, two wireless sets, five packets containing urea, 5 litre gas cylinder, 2 pouches, three blankets and some trousers and utensils were recovered from the hideout.
