NEW DELHI, 6 Feb: The High Court of Delhi has sought the stance of National Investigation Agency (NIA) to attend the ongoing session of Parliament Budget Session on custody parole.
“Rashid is an elected Member of Parliament from Baramulla. What is difficulty in sending him to Parliament to attend the budget session on parole,” said Justice Vikas Mahajan.
Moreover, court has granted time till Friday to the NIA counsel to seek instructions on the issue.
