Scooty Rider Killed in road Mishap at Samba

Jammu, May 21: One Scooty rider killed in road mishap at village Dhora in Samba here today.

The deceased has been identified as Mohan Lal 53 Son of Balak Ram resident of Village Taloor Samba.

According to the Police sources, the Mishap occurred at Samba Mansar Dhar road, when a scooty bearing registration No JK21C-2150 coming from samba when he reached near village Dhora suddenly unknown vehicle hit with him and fled from spot resulting the scooty rider got critical injured and shifted to District Hospital Samba with the help of local but where doctor declared him as brought dead. The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room for autopsy.

After conducting the autopsy the body of the deceased was handover to the family members for his last rites.

In this regard police has taken cognizance the matter and started investigation.
