Youth National Conference Kishtwar deputation call on SSP Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Feb 28: Youth National Conference Kishtwar Disst. Youth President DD Farooq along with Distt Secretary Youth Asif Qazi today call on SSP kishtwar Sandeep wazir and discuss about the death of 24 yrs youth Touseef Nawaz sheikh who allegedly fell from a hillock during police chase.
The deceased, Towsif Nawaz of Malipath, Kishtwar was with some other youths at Bindraband, 7 km from district headquarters on Monday. They tried to escape when the police raided the spot. In the chase, Towsif Nawaz died and two other youths, Shakeel Bagwan and Irshad Ahmed Sheikh, residents of Zewar, Kishtwar, sustained serious injuries after falling from a hillock.
DD Farooq demand magistrail probe and immidiate action aganist police officials who chased the youth. Also demand judicial inquiry of this case.
Kishtwar Senior Superintendent of Police Sundeep Wazir hear the deputation softly and said We have registered a case under Sections 304 and 337 of the RPC against police constables Ikhlaq Ahmed and Ghulam Rasool, who were part of the police party that carried out the raid, and have also placed the in charge of the Kuleed police post, Sikandar Singh Chowhan, under suspension for negligence of duty.
