ADC directs for immediate repair of damaged link roads

REASI, JANUARY 19: The Collector Land Acquisition (ADC) Babu Ram today convened a meeting with the officers of concerned line departments and Northern Railways to discuss issues pertaining to repairing the link roads of Seri-Pangal, Bhaga-Sirla and Gran-Tote which have suffered damages due to movement of heavy vehicles and machinery causing inconvenience to the people.
He directed the concerned agencies to immediately provide 260 lakh to the works department for the upkeep of the roads to ensure smooth vehicular movement and stressed on restraining movement of heavy vehicles on the small link roads.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildars, Senior Section Engineer Northern Railway R. Singh, Sr. General Manager T.R. Dhaman, Project Manager B Choubey and other officers of Northern Railways.
