Says PM Modi’s Visit to Adampur Air Base Silences Pakistan’s Propaganda Machine

Srinagar, 16 May 2025: In a spirited tribute to India’s rising global influence and unshakable national pride, senior BJP leader Altaf Thakur today hailed the Tiranga rallies held across the world under Operation Sindoor as a “historic and emotional moment for every Indian.” From the streets of London to Times Square in New York, and from the shores of Sydney to the skyline of Dubai, the Indian Tricolour flew high, symbolizing unity, strength, and peace.

Notably, the patriotic wave was equally strong within Jammu and Kashmir. Rallies were held across the Valley, with a massive show of unity witnessed at Srinagar’s iconic Lal Chowk Clock Tower. Altaf Thakur, accompanied by senior BJP leaders and hundreds of enthusiastic youth, led a spirited Tiranga March through the heart of the city, culminating at the historic tower. Tricolours fluttered high, slogans of unity echoed, and the atmosphere pulsed with patriotic energy.

“The Tiranga didn’t just fly—it roared across continents and in the heart of Kashmir,” said Thakur. “Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Operation Sindoor has evolved into a global wave of patriotism. The Indian diaspora—and now even the remotest corners of Kashmir—have proven that the spirit of Bharat lives strong.”

Thakur underscored that the global and local response was not merely ceremonial—it was strategic. “This is a clear message to the world that India’s spirit is resilient and unyielding. We stand united—across oceans, across ideologies, and beyond any propaganda.”

Responding to recent disinformation pushed by Pakistan regarding damage to the Adampur Air Base, Thakur commended Prime Minister Modi’s unannounced visit to the base in Punjab. He called it “a masterstroke that exposed falsehoods with facts.”

“While Pakistan attempted to spread lies, Prime Minister Modi stood with our jawans, reviewed operational readiness, and proved that India does not bow to deceit. His presence alone crushed the false narrative,” Thakur said.

The BJP leader also used the occasion to address the youth of Jammu and Kashmir. “Let this Tiranga movement inspire you. Let us reject division and embrace our identity as proud citizens of a strong and sovereign India,” he urged.

As Operation Sindoor continues to gather momentum, Thakur’s statement stands out as a call for unity, vigilance, and national resolve. “The world is not just seeing a rising India—it is witnessing a dignified, determined, and democratic India,” he concluded.
