APRIL 18: Security forces continue joint operation for the fourth consecutive day in forest area of Lasana in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Romeo Force of Indian Army and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Police continue joint operation to hunt down the terrorists hiding in Lasana forest area of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir.
It is learnt that the area has been cordoned off and heavy deployment of forces has been ensured to gun down the terrorists in the region.
Inspector General of Police Jammu BS Tuti said that the district has been dealing with new wave of terrorism from last two years.
Pertinent to mention, terrorists had opened fire on a soldier who got injured near Lasana village in Poonch.
