AUG 2: The second terrorist was neutralized by security forces in the ongoing encounter in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The encounter that broke out in forest area of Akhal in evening of August 1 and was halted at night.
It is learnt that the cordon was strengthened and additional troops were inducted.
Besides, firing from both sides resumed on Saturday morning in the course of which first terrorist were eliminated and after sometime the other was gunned down.
With the anti-terror operation still in progress, the identity of the slain terrorists have not been ascertained
