Ranjha Vikram Singh set to take on Sand Mafia of Punjab in upcoming Ziddi Jatt (Chapter 1)

Ranjha Vikram Singh is an Indian actor and producer. His most notable role was as Rajjo Fauji in the film Heropanti as the antagonist.So,let us move forward and know about them more.

Q: Tell our readers about yourself!
A: Hello! I m in this industry from past 15 years and, I am from Punjab. I've worked in well-known movies such as Heropanti, Ya Rab which was promoted by Mahesh Bhatt, rebel in which Prabhas was the lead actor and I was the villain which was made in Telugu and have also worked in many Kannada films and played negative roles. Puneet Raj Kumar was lead actor and I played the role of the villain unfortunately, today he’s not with us. At that time KGF-1 was going to release and we used to go on the sets to meet them and take some good wishes and have some good time together. Overall, I've done film in about 24-25 languages and played the main role in some Punjabi films such as 25 Kille. My approach is mainly towards an active role in any movie.

Q: Wow! It's such a difficult task to play roles in such different languages and to stay fit in those roles specially a negative. So, What is the first thing you do to research and approach a role?
A: Yes! It is a task for us. While researching anything, firstly, I think what my character is and try to picturize it in my mind. Then, how will it go with me or how it will suit me as a villian. Acting and dialogues are secondary, primary for me is the body language. Then, if I'm playing a role of hero in any romantic movie then I change my body language according to that because it is really a difficult thing for me because, I am a big guy types( laughs) by size and all in any role.

Q: What do you feel is more important for an actor?
A: Actor should be very observant. They should observe alot of things like in real life, when they are with their friends, family, colleagues, they should see what they are behaving with them and then how to respond for that quickly. I've observed a lot of things in my journey and when such role comes to me, I become an observer in true sense, I try to recall what shot I have in my mind regarding that and then put it in my acting(laughing). Now, I am also a producer of many movies such as Fauji calling. It is a big journey to come through and also far more.

Q: So tell us about your upcoming movie with digit and the role you are playing in this movie.
A: The name of my upcoming movie is Ziddi Jatt. There are two main roles in that movie among which I am playing as a main role and Singga who is a also a very good singer is another who is playing as another main role. It is about Jatt boys who don't think from brain but instead they do what their heart tells them. You know Jatt community is a very daring community and does what they want to do howsoever. That thing is also being shown. This movie is based on sand mining and we both do illegal minings and how lot of murder start happening and its a revengeful story.

Q: That's amazing! If not an actor, what had you chose as a career in your life?
A: Hmm.. Then I would have been definitely a businessman. Whatever I remember as a child, my dad taught me alot about business and used to be with them. I used to get involved in business very well. So, if not an actor then probably I would have been one of the top businessman for sure.
