MAY 16: In a major step to streamline the system, the Ministry of Home Affairs ordered the transfer of IAS and IPS officers from AGMUT cadre in Jammu and Kashmir with immediate effect.
The significant bureaucratic reshuffle includes relocation of 15 IAS/IPS officers from AGMUT cadre in J&K.
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri and CEO J&K PK Pole have been transferred to Delhi.
IAS Officers who have been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir are MD JPDCL Mohd Yasin Choudhary to Pondicherry; Sanjeev M Gatkar to Goa, Yatindra M Malakar to Goa; Shakeel Ul Rehman Rathar to Goa; Pradeep Kumar to Chandigarh, Rahul Sharma to Ladakh; Shrikant Baba Sahib to Ladakh; Santosh Sukhdeva to Goa; Rakesh Kumar to Ladakh; Director information Nitish Rajora to Ladakh.
IAS Officers transferred to Jammu and Kashmir are Ashish Chandra Verma (1994 batch); Anil Kumar Singh (1995 batch); Navin SL (2012 batch); Mahima Madan (2021 batch) Ananth Dwivedi (2021 batch) and Rishi Kumar (2021 batch)
IPS Officer transferred from J&K are Umesh Kumar to Delhi; Sanjeev Yadav to Delhi; Sanjeep Gupta to Delhi.
IPS transferred to J&K are Sameer Sharma from Lakshadweep; Rishi Kumar from Delhi.
