APRIL 21: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that our soldiers must have valour and indomitable spirit to combat any sort of challenge emanating from evolving wars of today.
Rajnath Singh said this while addressing an event organised at the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters in Rajasthan.
He categorically reiterated that foremost principle of being a soldier is both physical and mental fitness.
Singh emphasized that now-a-days wars are fought with robust technologies which not only requires physical strength but mental awareness and enlightened conciousness.
While hailing the Brahma Kumaris’ campaign towards betterment of mental health, Union Defence Minister pointed out stress and work in difficult conditions hampers mental health for which inner self must be strengthened.
Besides, an MoU was inked between Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence and Headquarters SSW, Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation of Brahma Kumaris.
