Jammu: Police has recovered 3.52 grams of heroin (chitta) like narcotics at Dyalachak area of and one drug peddler was arrested. Police during checking apprehended one suspicious person Sahil Kumar. During checking, approx. 3.52 grams of heroin like narcotics was recovered from the possession of said person who was doing illegal trade of selling narcotic contraband among the youth of Dyalachak in order to gain illegitimate profit. Thereafter all the recovered narcotics i.e. approx. 3.52 grams of Heroin was seized and one person was arrested. In this connection, a case vide FIR No. 163/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act got registered and further investigation was taken up.
