Two die, 4 injured in accident in Sultanpur

Sultanpur, Jul 18: Two people died on the spot while four sustained severe injuries when their car got uncontrolled and dashed into a divider in Kudvar area, police said here on Thursday.

Police sources here said six residents of Amethi district met with an accident in Kudvar area when they were returning from Lucknow late on Wednesday night.

Front tyres of their vehicle busted following which the car got disarrayed and hit the divider.

Two people died on the spot while four others received severe injuries.

Deceased were identified as Amit Mishra (30) and Sunil Pandey (35).

Injured were rushed to a nearby hospital from where two of them were referred to Lucknow hospital.
