DEO Kishtwar convenes meeting with reps of pol parties

KISHTWAR, JANUARY 18: District Election Officer, Angrez Singh Rana, today chaired a meeting here with the representatives of various political parties.
ENT Kishtwar was also present on the occasion.
DEO informed the representatives that District Contact Centre of Election cell has been established where general masses can enquire on subjects such as elections, voting dates, EPIC, electoral roll, online registration etc. and can also file their grievance by simply dialling toll-free number 1950.
He asked the representatives of various political parties to employ their Booth Level Agents and endow with the list of same in Election Cell before 20th January in order to assist the BLOs, EROs and AEROs in preparing error-free electoral rolls as well as smooth conduct of the Special Summary Revision.
