Reasi pledges for ‘Swachhata’

REASI: In continuance with Prime Miniter’s 'Swachhata Hi Seva’ movement, Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Prasanna Ramaswamy G today launched the movement here at Reasi. The launching ceremony began with an oath ceremony wherein the DC along with district officials as well as the locals pledged to make the Swachhata mission successful.
After the oath-taking, all district officials took part in the cleanliness drive starting from the DC office.
The DC urged that the drive should not be limited to the day but round the year.
Those present at the event also included ADDC, Ramesh Chander, Assistant Commissioner Development, M.Y Malik; Chief Planning Officer, Harbans Sharma; Chief Medical Officer, Parminder Singh among others.
