Teenager drowns in stream in Kashmir
Srinagar, Jul 16: A teenager drowned in a stream in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said here on Monday.
They said a youth, identified as 16-year-old Abid Hussain, was taking a bath in a stream at Ganai Mohalla in Handwara in Kupwara when he drowned.
However, those present in the area also jumped into the stream but could not save him. Later body of the teenager was recovered at a distance and handed over to his families.
