MHRD holds video-conference with Secy School Education

Kupwara, Baramulla selected for 'Aspirational Districts' Prog of NITI Aayog

SRINAGAR: Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) today held a video conference with Secretary School Education Rigzin Samphel regarding the steps taken for “Transformation of Aspirational Districts” programme in two identified Districts of Kashmir viz., Baramulla and Kupwara.
The meeting was attended by Director School Education Kashmir, Dr. G.N. Itoo, District Development Commissioners of Kupwara and Baramulla who appraised the officers about the steps being taken in this regard.
The objective of the programme is to expeditiously transform all 115 Aspirational Districts in 28 States of the country which were identified from these states.
