Dooru Police hosts Iftar party

Srinagar, May 21: Yesterday Station House Officer Police Station Dooru and other ranks of police station Dooru organized an Iftar party for the local residents of Dooru area. Iftar party was hosted at Police Station Dooru and was attended by many local residents.

It is for the first time that this kind of initiative has been taken by Anantnag Police in Dooru area to build confidence and give a chance to better Police-Public relations. Such events pave ways to build better Police-Public relation.

On this occasion SHO Dooru Shri Mudasir Nazir said that Ramadan is a month for prayers, blessings and forgiveness and added that department has always been serving the people of the state from decades and the motive of these initiatives is to create robust relation among police and people.
