Patwaris and Girdawars Pen down strike enter in 8th day

SAMBA: State- wide strike call given by AJKPA Stat e body all Girdawars and Patwari of District Samba today sit on Dharna at D.C office Complex Nandani Hills Samba here today.

According to the report, a large number of Patwaris and Girdawrs sit on dharna in Dc office complex Nandni hills samba and the pen down strike enter in 8th day. They are demanding the Grade Pay of Graduate of Patwaris timely DPC of Patwaries and Girdawars. They also said the Creation GQ circles and Patwar Halkas, Ban of Direct Recruitment on Naib-Tehsildars, Enhancement of allowances of Patwaries and Girdawars, Rent of Patwar Khanas (Private accommodations) and Construction Patwar Khanas.

The state body has decided to continue pen down strike till the demand of association not met the Government is responsible for causing inconvenience to the General Public.

Those who sit in dharna include Saleem Mohd (Provisional Secretary Jammu), Nek Mohd (Executive Member State Body), Neelam Singh Jamwal (Executive Member Provisional Body), Jagdish Raj (District President Samba) Supreet Sharma (Secretary District Body Samba), Jatinder Singh, Moho Din, Balbir Singh, Riaz Ahmed and Pankaj Sharma.
