Tongilamoo-Do gold medalist calls on Chief Minister

SRINAGAR, JANUARY 23: Baseerat Baihaqi, a gold medalist in Tongilamoo-Do, a mixed South Asian martial art, called on the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here today.
Baseerat has won the gold in recently held championship at Thimpu, Bhutan.
The Chief Minister congratulated her and hoped she would continue to make the State proud with her performance in future also. She also hoped that other children would emulate Baseerat and excel in their respective fields.
Secretary, State Sports Council, Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra and Baseerat’s coach, Saima Rashid were present on the occasion.
