Rs 14.56 lakh looted from ATM in south Kashmir

Srinagar, Jan 19: An amount of Rs 14.56 lakh has been looted from an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) of Jammu and Kashmir Bank (JKB) by unidentified people in south Kashmir district of Anantnag , official sources said today.

Some unidentified people took away the ATM at Mominabad Anantnag last night. They said an amount of Rs 14.56 lakh was in the ATM when the theft took place. Police has registered a case and launched a massive hunt to nab the looters, they added.
