DC Poonch reviews R-Day celebration arrangements

POONCH, JANUARY 14: Deputy Commissioner, Rahul Yadav on Tuesday reviewed the arrangement for the Republic Day Celebrations 2021 in the district, here at a meeting.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Mohammad Rashid Chowdhary; Senior Superintendent, Ramesh Angral; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Basharat Hussain; Chief Medical Officer, G.A Malik; DPO, Israr Ahmed; District Culture Officer, Dr. Alamdar Adam; DYSO, Qasim; AD Food, representatives of various executing agencies and other concerned officers.
The meeting was informed that the main function will be held at Sports Stadium Poonch, while similar functions will be organised at all Tehsil/ Sub- Divisions. It was also informed that the Full Dress Rehearsal shall take place on January 24.
The DC stressed on making adequate arrangements for smooth conduct of the National Event and instructed departments to follow the timeline for tasks entrusted to them.
