Randomisation of polling staff held at Kulgam

KULGAM, NOVEMBER 25: The randomisation of polling staff for upcoming District Development Council (DDC) and Panchayat by-election for two blocks viz. D H Pora and D K Marg of the district were carried out today.
The randomisation process was carried out under the supervision of District Panchayat Election officer (DPEO) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat and General Observers.
For block D H Pora and D K Marg, the polling staff for 223 polling stations was selected during the final phase of randomization and these blocks are scheduled for elections in phase 1st.
For block Kund, 2nd level of randomization of poll staff was also carried out and elections in this block are scheduled in phase 3rd, besides, for Kulgam A and Kulgam B 1st level of randomization of polling staff was also conducted.
Meanwhile 1st level of randomisation of polling staff for ULB elections for Municipal Committee, Kulgam was also held today and elections to it are scheduled in 4th phase.
