964 kanal encroached land retrieved at Rajouri

RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 28: Continuing its anti-encroachment drive, the District Administration Rajouri has retrieved 967 kanal state/Kacharai land from the possession of encroachers here across Rajouri, Thanamandi, Manjakote, Khawas and Teryath Tehsils.
The anti encroachment drive was conducted under the overall supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Nazir Sheikh.
As per Deputy Commissioner, 967 kanal of state/Kacharai land was retrieved in the five Tehsils.
The encroachers were warned not to encroach upon the state land henceforth, while lamberdars and chowkidars of the area were directed to report immediately, if any land is re-encroached, Deputy Commissioner said.
