MARCH 3: Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid, behind bars for terror funding case, has moved to Delhi Court seeking interim bail to attend the upcoming Parliament Session.
National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been directed to revert on this by March 5.
It is learnt that Er Rashid is Parliamentarian, he needed to attend the upcoming session to fulfill his duty.
The regular bail application of Er Rashid is currently pending before the Court.
Pertinent to mention, the second part of Parliament Session will commence on March 10 and end on April 4.
