Jammu: Security forces today apprehended a suspect near border area.
Official sources said that a 32-year-old man, Bashir Ahmad Itoo of Herpora, Sonigam, Kulgam, was detained near Millen-di-Khui under the jurisdiction of Police Post Pallanwala, Police Station Khour, after being found carrying electronics and kitchen appliances in his car (JK18E-0742), reportedly for sale in the border area.
He was apprehended by 3/1 GR, Army, under 52 Infantry Brigade, Pallanwala. Itoo was questioned by senior army officers at the unit headquarters and later handed over to the local police for further action.
