Jammu: A retired army man today was killed in a road mishap that took place on National Highway at Chowadi Morh. The deceased has been identified as Kulwant Singh (65) son of Bidhi Singh of Bari Brahmana. Police said that he was riding his scooter when a speedy truck hit him.
An advocate namely Varun Anand saw him in critical condition along the road and accordingly he took him to the GMC hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
