JAMMU, MARCH 15: Heavy rain lash parts of Jammu city bringing respite to people.
Mercury has plummeted resulting in the moderate cold conditions across Jammu City.
Several pedestrians and commuters face acute hardships while travelling and playing their vehicles.
The downpour has triggered water logging at various parts of the city which has congested the road for traffic movement.
The cold conditions have restored after a small lull of dry weather since a few days.
As per MeT, spell of rain and snowfall over higher reaches will be on March 15. On March 16, there is possibility of intermittent light rain and snow at some places in J&K. They further added the climate conditions are expected to remain dry from March 17 to 21.
