13 Feb: In an endeavour to curb the anti-national activities and state unequivocal commitment towards dismantling terror networks, Kulgam Police attached an immovable property under section 25 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA).
It is learnt that the property was used by terrorists as their habitat while carrying out the nefarious acts.
Pertinent to mention, this marks as a significant landmark of Police towards curbing the ongoing activities sponsoring terrorism.
Kulgam Police attaches immovable property “fully damaged 02 storied residential house registered in the name of Safdar Ali Dar R/O Modargam; U/S 25 of UAPA 1967 (under survey No. 214 min) where 02 terrorists were neutralized on 06 July 2024.”
