MAY 23: Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that “Operation Sindoor” is amalgamation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s strong political will, accurate information from our intelligence gathering and Army’s amazing display of lethality.
Amit Shah, on the Border Security Force Investiture Ceremony in Delhi, said that our country has been facing Pak-sponsored terrorism for several decades and Pakistan has carried out many big incidents for years, but this time the retaliation by India is commendable.
Union Home Minister, added, “When in 2014, Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, the first big attack was on our soldiers in Uri, they dared to burn them alive and we dealt them with iron hand through surgical strikes.”
“We believed that we had attacked the terrorists but Pakistan proved that it sponsors terrorism…Pakistan, considering the attack on terrorists as an attack on itself…When the Pakistani army tried to attack our civilian bases and our military establishments, the Indian army gave a strong reply.”: Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Acknowledging it as a decisive decision, Union Home Minister Shah said that in Pahalgam, innocent people were killed by asking their religion in front of their families by Pakistan-sponsored terrorists and ‘Operation Sindoor’ is retaliation to that attack and today the world is praising the bravery of Indian Armed Forces.
