1 MARCH: In view of the inclement weather that triggered shooting stones in Ramban sector, Jammu-Srinagar National Highway remained closed for the second consecutive day on Saturday.
It is learnt that Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari Road, Bhaderwah-Chamba, Mughal Road, Kishtwar-Sinthan Road are closed for the traffic.
At Cafeteria Morh wherein major portion of National Highway was damaged.
Besides, the restoration work is in full progress and stranded vehicles will be allowed to ply on the track after the National Highway is restored.
Additionally, the road has sunk outside Peerah tunnel.
