Jammu: In a recent administrative development, the Ministry of Home Affairs has assigned postings to a group of newly trained IAS and IPS officers under the AGMUT cadre, with several officers being posted to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Among the IAS officers, Pallavi Mishra, Prince Kumar, Swati Sheemar, and Omkar Rajendra Gundage have been allotted postings in the region. Their appointment follows the successful completion of Phase-II training and marks the beginning of their on-ground administrative careers.
From the Indian Police Service, Anna Sinha, Harshal Rajesh Mahajan, and Rishabh Shukla have been assigned to Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Their induction is expected to strengthen the law enforcement framework and bring fresh energy to police administration in the two strategically significant Union Territories.
