Dr Raghav Langar Among Seven Officers Promoted To Secy Grade In Uttarakhand

Jammu: Dr Raghav Langer, who served in various key positions in Jammu and Kashmir, including as Divisional Commissioner Jammu, has been promoted to the Super Time Scale (Secretary Grade) in Uttarakhand along with six other officers.
The other officers elevated to this grade are Savin Bansal, C. Ravi Shankar, Jyoti Yadav, Yugal Kishore Pant, Ranveer Singh Chauhan, and Dheeraj Singh Garbiyal.
