MARCH 8: Apni Party chief Altaf Bukhari called for bringing back the jailed inmates outside J&K to our own jails and increase in eligibility domicile from 15 to 50 years.
Answering a question posed by a journalist pertaining to Budget, Altaf Bukhari said, “I am not concerned about the Budget. Our appeal to all members is to formulate a Domicile Bill which will increase the eligibility of Domicile from 15 to 50 years.”
“Apni Party chief also advocated for bringing the inmates in different jails outside J&K back to our own jails.”
Altaf Bukhari also elaborated on the land ownership and leasing issues emphasizing the reason to safeguard of 95% of land.
