MARCH 21: National Conference leader and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq pointed out at AAP MLA Mehraj Malik and said Alcohol is not religious problem, it is social issue, giving it religious colour not fair.
MLA Tanvir Sadiq added that including the religious talks which could hurt somebody’s sentiments is also not right.
On the National Conference asking for a committee to investigate spending on chartered flights, Sadiq said, “Who were these guests who came in the last four years, who were so important that so much money of the State Exchequer and the people was spent on them.”
MLA Sadiq said, “The surprising thing is that the BJP is opposing this. So they may be involved in some way that’s why they are so upset over this.”
