JAMMU, MARCH 22: Jammu and Kashmir Deputy CM Surinder Choudhary informed Legislative Assembly that the upgradation works on Abhinav Theatre, Jammu has been finished and the theatre is operational now.
Surinder Choudhary replied to a question at the behest of CM Omar Abdullah. The question was posed by MLA Arvind Gupta in the House.
“Rs 5. 69 lakh has been allocated for the development upgradation of Abhinav Theatre during current fiscal year under CAPEX” said Deputy CM.
In view of construction of the compound wall of Abhinav Theatre, Surinder Choudhary apprised Rs. 37.41 lakh had been allotted and 90% of the work has touched the finishing line.
Dy Chief Minister added that Rs. 41.60 lakh have utilized in development works under CAPEX.
