NEW DELHI, 7 Feb: The Delhi High Court reserved its order on a plea by jailed MP Baramulla Engineer Rashid seeking the custody parole to attend the ongoing Parliament session.
The counsel upholding National Investigation Agency (NIA) opposed the grant of custody parole and said Er Rashid had no vested interest in attending Parliament.
On 5th February 2025, HC has sought the stance of National Investigation Agency (NIA) to attend the ongoing session of Parliament Budget Session on custody parole.
