Qazigund, Aug 18 : At least five CRPF personnel were injured after a truck collided with a CRPF bunker vehicle in the Levdora area of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday, officials said.
According to officials, the accident took place at Levdora, where a truck bearing registration number JK02DU-4386 collided with a CRPF bunker vehicle bearing registration number JK02CG-5795.
The impact caused the CRPF bunker vehicle to overturn, leaving five personnel with minor injuries. The injured personnel were shifted to the MI Room of 163 Battalion CRPF in Qazigund for treatment.
Police reached the spot following the incident and have started an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the collision.
