JUNE 6: PM Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone, inaugurated and dedicated to several development projects amounting over Rs 46,000 crore at spiritual city of Katra in Reasi district of Jammu & Kashmir on Friday.
> PM Narendra Modi said that the suffering of more than 2000 families affected by cross-border shelling is also our own suffering.
> PM Modi said two border battalions have been formed for the J&K, besides the work of forming two women battalions has also been completed.
> Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, “When it comes to Operation Sindoor, Pakistan will always remember its shameful defeat. Gallant Indian Armed Forces attacked hundreds of kilometers inside Pak’s territory.”
> PM Modi further stated that Jammu & Kashmir’s development will not be affected or hamper by the Pahalgam attack.
> Prime Minister said, “Earlier, J&K people had stopped dreaming accepted terrorism as their fate but now people here are dreaming of reaching new heights”
> “Pakistan attacked Humanity and Kashmiriyat in Pahalgam on April 22; it’s aim was to trigger communal riots in India; hence Pakistan attacked tourists aim to destabilize the increasing tourism in J&K,” PM said.
> Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated, “In the 11 years of BJP NDA Government in power, poverty has been eradicated with more than 25 crore people rising above poverty line.”
