JAMMU, March 13: On Thursday, J&K Government told the Legislative Assembly that as many as 52 non-locals have got domicile rights through marriage in Budgam.
Answering a question posed by MLA Mohammad Shafi Wani, Cabinet Minister Sakina Itoo, said that 52 non-locals have got domicile rights through marriage in Budgam.
Itoo claimed no non-local was issued a domicile certificate in the other tehsils of same district.
She added that Beerwah tehsil stands at top in domicile certificates.
