MARCH 27: Two cops survived wounds in ongoing encounter in Juthana area of Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
During initial exchange of gunshots two policemen received gunfight wounds.
They were immediately evacuated to nearby hospital for treatment of multiple injuries, where their condition is said to be stable.
Pertinent to mention, a fierce encounter raged between security forces and terrorists in Juthana area of Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir. As per the reports, security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the area following tip off about the presence of terrorists. A gunfight triggered as forces reached the suspected location.
