Srinagar, Feb 23: Police detained one person after he tried to hoist tricolor at Lal chowk on Saturday morning.

Eye witness revealed that he was identified him as Deepak sharma from haryana and is affiliated with Akali Dal.

"He was detained by police and shifted to kothibagh police station," sources said .
